
Job description
The Operations Assistant will be responsible for managing and maintaining TBI-managed property in Kyiv, ensuring staff have access to necessary tools and resources, and supporting visa and work permit applications. They will also provide administrative support to the advisory team and country leadership team.
The Operations Assistant will lead all aspects of property management, coordinate with central IT and HR teams, manage new staff onboarding, and provide logistics and administrative support to the country leadership team. They will also handle visa applications, support projects with leadership visits and events, and participate in the crisis management team.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, and administration, with direct experience working with the Ukrainian government and/or international organisations being strongly preferred. They will be fluent in written and spoken English and Ukrainian, and will be able to deliver high-quality solutions with close attention to detail.
