Operations & Office Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Operations & Office Coordinator to join our partner's team in Kyiv. The role involves supporting financial administration, HR operations, ISO 27001-related process management, and office management.

Requirements

• Proven track record in operations, office management, or a similar all-round operational role (2+ years of experience)
• Financial administration experience, including invoicing, double-entry bookkeeping, processing expenses, and timesheets
• ISO 27001-related process management experience
• Office management experience
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level)
• Local presence and flexibility to be physically present in the Kyiv office 5 days per week
