Commercial Controller, DACH & Other Markets

Tony's Chocolonely is seeking a Commercial Controller for DACH & Other Markets to drive disciplined, sustainable growth across one of its most dynamic regions. The role involves owning performance and planning, supporting and shaping other markets, and acting as a true business partner to ensure commercial plans deliver profitable, sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Business Control or Commercial Finance roles, with a proven track record as a trusted business partner.
• Hands-on experience with P&L ownership, including sales, margin, operating expenses and underlying EBIT performance.
• Strong understanding of revenue growth management fundamentals (pricing, promotions, assortment and trade investment).
• Strong financial and business acumen with a sharp analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, able to influence and align diverse stakeholders, adapt your style to different audiences and cultures as well as collaborate effectively in a multicultural, multinational setting.
• Ability to work with BI and planning tools (such as Jedox, Power BI or similar) to drive insight-led decision-making and performance management.
