Job Description
Tony's Chocolonely is looking for an Executive Assistant to support its Chiefs and help keep the company running smoothly. The role involves providing administrative, organizational, and coordination support, as well as managing complex calendars, inboxes, and travel.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, international environment, supporting multiple senior leaders at once.
- Comfortable operating at the heart of the organization and know how to bring structure, clarity and calm to complex and ever-changing priorities.
- Extensive experience managing complex calendars, inboxes, travel and stakeholder communication.
