Requirements
- Experience in Customer Service or Account Management
- Full written and verbal proficiency in Spanish and English
- Experience working with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot or SAP
- Detail-oriented individuals who are able to stay focused through repetitive tasks
