Production Baker, Part-Time

Production Baker role at Too Sweet Cakes, a growing local bakery in Lake Oswego, Oregon. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of baking or pastry experience, is passionate about baking, and has excellent time management and attention to detail skills.

Requirements

• Collaborate with the Back of House Manager
• Follow established recipes and procedures
• Meet production goals and maintain high standards of quality
• Maintain a sanitary and organized work environment
• Monitor proper storage and shelf life for products
• Follow health and safety regulations and food safety guidelines
• Use kitchen tools and equipment efficiently and safely
• Monitor baking processes to ensure quality standards
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Back of House Manager
• Lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50-75 lbs occasionally
