The role involves strategically leading and managing their global online presence, driving revenue growth through a sophisticated digital experience, and overseeing website merchandising, cross-functional collaboration, and ambitious KPIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in strategic eCommerce leadership within luxury or premium consumer brands.
• Proven success managing external contractors and agencies, with robust KPI-driven management.
• Data-driven professional with strong analytical capabilities, heavy analytics skills, and proven CRO expertise.
• Expertise in premium consumer marketing, segmentation, and retention strategies.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, adept at collaborating cross-functionally.
• Experience or familiarity with regulated industries (alcohol/spirits) is preferred.
