The Senior Fraud Investigator will be responsible for investigating and preventing fraudulent activities, monitoring real-time events and transactions, and conducting root cause analysis to predict, prevent, and mitigate fraud risk. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 5+ years of experience in investigating and resolving fraud incidents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in investigating and resolving fraud incidents
- Experienced in analyzing data and comfortable making impactful decisions in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
- 3+ years of experience working with data; proficient in SQL
- Programming experience in at least one high-level programming language (e.g., Python)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong business judgment and communication skills
- Availability during periods of heightened risk (including on weekends and holidays)
