Lead AI Engineer

Requirements

• Strong full-stack experience with NodeJS and TypeScript
• At least 1 year of experience in an AI Engineering role
• Experience with AI Agentic technologies, architectures, and best practices
• Understanding of RAG, Multi-Agent concepts, MCP Servers, and LLM-based systems
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs/SDKs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Practical experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps best practices, REST APIs, and database integration
• Senior-level software engineering experience with a strong focus on system design and overall architecture
• Ability to design AI-driven systems as part of broader enterprise architectures
• Strong problem-framing skills and confidence to challenge designs and requirements constructively
• Comfort working directly with client engineers and stakeholders in an enterprise, multi-vendor setup
• Fluency in English (Polish is a plus)
