Job Description
A cutting-edge manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to take ownership of complex projects, drive process excellence, and launch a new molding-based production line.
Requirements
- BS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 2+ years hands-on experience designing or supporting molds and molding systems
- 2+ years' experience in a production or assembly environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills for equipment and systems
- Ability to communicate complex ideas across multidisciplinary teams
- Creative problem-solving, adaptability, and a continuous-improvement mindset
- Knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma
- Bonus: Experience with project management, risk assessment, DOE
