Requirements

- Interest in entering the Management Training Program
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Public Relations, Advertising or Sales (preferred)
- Minimum 0-5 years of relevant experience in marketing management with proven success
- Wide range of experience and understanding of marketing including product positioning, pricing, promotions, market research, sales, and distribution
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership experience
- Ability to work in a high energy environment
- Ability to work weekends
- Ambition, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
