Job Description
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving student enrolment growth, strengthening the school's market position, and developing strategic partnerships. This role focuses on lead generation, conversion strategy, market expansion, branding collaboration, and relationship management to ensure sustainable growth of the school.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Experience in the education sector or international school environment is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in achieving growth targets.
- Experience working with corporate clients and expatriate communities is an advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
