Job Description
Operations Officer - Import & Export role involves air freight, sea freight, and cross-border trucking operations. Key responsibilities include receiving bookings, handling shipments, and ensuring safe and smooth operation. The role requires a strong understanding of logistics and network, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, aviation management, or a related field.
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in operations, with a proven track record of success in managing shipments and customer relationships.
- Proficiency in airfreight & seafreight and land management software and systems e.g., Cargo wise.
