Real estate development company seeks Human Resources Generalist. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in HR and a strong background in analysis and number management, with a focus on climate and culture management.
Requirements
- Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related career professional.
- 5 years of experience in similar positions where you have had to see and execute all areas of the HR cycle (recruitment, induction, compensation, culture, climate, training, performance evaluations, bonuses and benefits, and occupational safety)
- Desirable emphasis on climate and culture management
- Strong in analysis and number management
- Knowledge of labor legislation
- Person with high communication skills, strong in control and follow-up, organized and planning, with high problem-solving capacity and business strategic vision.
