Job Description
Franchise of beverages is looking for its Operations Manager to oversee operations, standardize processes, and lead work teams in food and beverage areas and industrial production companies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing or related careers.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in similar positions.
- At least 5 years leading work teams in food and beverage areas and industrial production companies.
- Experience in standardization and supervision of processes, management of multiple sales points, and management of store staff.
- Strategic ability to propose new ways to improve profitability and grow the business.
- Empathetic leader, results-oriented, with problem-solving, control, and tracking skills, and strong in customer service.
- Advanced level in Windows and Office.
