Job Description
A debt collection services company is looking for a Regional Human Resources Manager to lead human resources efforts across 14 countries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Labor experience in human resources greater than 10 years and at least 5 years as Manager
- At least 5 years of experience leading teams
- Strong human resources management skills, rotation management, training, career plans, and brand commitment
- Proactive person, good interpersonal relationships management, ability to work under pressure, effective communication, adaptable to changes in the environment, and results-oriented
