Job Description
A highly regarded international law firm is seeking a Litigation Legal Analyst to provide semi-autonomous, complex case support to attorneys in all phases of litigation including discovery, trial, and appeal.
Requirements
- Supervise case workflow and case support
- Investigate facts, court rules, and case law
- Handle extensive document management
- Assist with case preparation strategy
- Draft pleadings, files court documents
- Assist in the preparation of motions and depositions
- Initiate and monitor docketing with CompuLaw system and monitor trial calendars
