Job Description
Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an Associate or Counsel to join their Public Finance Team in Dallas, Texas. This group advises on financing matters for state and local governmental entities, including municipal bonds, notes, and other obligations.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of transactional experience in public finance and municipal bond financing
- Active Texas Bar membership or the ability to become licensed in Texas
- Strong background in public finance laws, tax codes, and regulatory considerations
