Workday Integrations Managing Consultant (Mexico)

TopBloc is a Workday boutique partner firm that provides fixed-time, fixed-price Workday deployment services and on-demand Workday support. We are looking for a Workday Integrations Managing Consultant who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.

Requirements

• Workday Integrations Certification (Preferred)
• Fluent in English (Required)
• 1+ years of direct people management experience (Required)
• 2+ years experience implementing Workday Integration configurations for customers of all sizes, of increasing complexity levels (Required)
• 2+ years experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Integration solutions according to customer requirements (Required)
• B1/B2 travel visa (Strongly Preferred)
• Experience building and debugging Custom Reports, EIB’s, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and Workday Studio (Preferred)
• Passion to train and develop direct reports, with various levels of experience
• General knowledge in all Workday functional areas
• Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
• Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectations
