Job Description
To strengthen our direct sales presence in southern Germany, we are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) for Geomatics Unit with a consultative sales mindset who is motivated to own the full customer journey and grow long-term relationships with end users.
Requirements
- Direct sales experience
- Junior to mid-level sales experience
- German at C2 level or native
- Conversational English
- Experience in geomatics, AEC technology, or construction markets
- Ability to travel within the assigned region (Baden-Würtemberg and Bavaria)
- Consultative sales experience in technical, construction, surveying, or BIM-related environments
- Ability to sell value, workflows, and outcomes, not just products or price
- Proactive, structured, and customer-focused working style
- Comfort taking responsibility and ownership of results
