Job Description
Topcon Positioning Group is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily operations, customer interactions, and inventory management at their location in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate is a dependable, customer-focused professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and experience in office administration, front-desk operations, or inventory control. As a key point of contact for customers and field teams, the Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in keeping projects moving and supporting the company's mission to provide innovative solutions to the AEC industry.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in office administration or front-desk operations
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
