The Senior ERP Analyst is a senior level enterprise systems professional responsible for shaping, influencing, and supporting advancing global business system capabilities. This role partners with senior business stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide process transformation, scalable system strategy, and long-term operational excellence.

Requirements

• Serve as a strategic advisor on enterprise systems, ensuring alignment between business objectives and system capabilities.
• Evaluate cross-functional and global impacts of system decisions across upstream and downstream processes.
• Influence enterprise roadmaps, prioritization, and long-term system architecture direction.
• Translate high-level strategic objectives into enterprise system enablement plans.
• Lead cross-functional enterprise initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Provide executive-level updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Drive adoption strategies for new system capabilities across global teams.
• Lead and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enterprise platforms to ensure business alignment and readiness.
• Facilitate governance forums and enterprise decision-making frameworks.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders and global stakeholders.
• Operate as a trusted thought partner to business and technology leadership.
