Customer Sales Consultant – Global Touring, responsible for delivering expert service to hundreds of thousands of explorers, selling products, managing bookings, and building relationships with trade partners and customers.
Requirements
- Actively sell all Topdeck, Back-Roads & Grasshopper Products
- Full ownership & accountability for the booking process from start to finish
- Work towards individual and team sales KPIs
- Use a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs
- Effectively manage all communication channels
- Ensure all process' & procedures are read, understood and adhered to
- Continuously Strive for a high standard of Customer Service and Customer Experience
- Actively build rapport with key agents
- Attend travel & trade shows/ EXPOS as required
- Assist with ADHOC tasks distributed by Team Leaders or Head of Customer Service
