Job Description
Topfoxx is a 100% women-owned and operated lifestyle company based in NYC. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead high-level marketing strategies in all revenue channels. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, be a growth hacker, and be able to work directly with the CEO. Experience can be overlooked for this role, but a fast learner who can adapt to the quick-paced e-commerce marketing space is required.
Requirements
- High-level growth and performance of all revenue channels
- Paid media (Facebook ads) - work with outside paid media agency, create campaigns, and ensure profitability
- All other revenue channels (Email Marketing, SMS, SM, website funnel, B2B, etc) - overall strategizing, content/theme strategy, improving flows, funnels, and landing pages
- Team management, including onboarding and offboarding, performance reviews, and leading team members
- Website optimization feedback, analyzing Google Analytics, and giving feedback to team members
