Teacher C&B Supervisor

Topica is seeking a proactive and professional C&B Supervisor to implement and advance Teacher policies and benefits, ensuring Teacher satisfaction and contributing to the enhancement of a high-standard learning platform in Vietnam.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor degree
• At least 03 years experience in HR; Payroll/ Total rewards or similar positions
• Strong knowledge on current laws regarding the labor, industry and job responsibilities
• Good knowledge on system management in a large organization
• Computer literacy MS Office; G-suit; CRM system, etc
• Good skills in verbal and non-verbal communication; in both Vietnamese and English
• Experienced in researching and problem solving skills
• Team player; highly disciplined; proactive and tech-savvy
