Toppazzini and Lee Consulting is a boutique consulting firm in Ottawa, Canada, seeking a pool of qualified HR consultants with experience in developing HR practices, conducting recruitment and performance management, and training and development. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working with the Canadian federal government and a valid Government of Canada security clearance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience performing HR tasks such as developing guiding HR practices and principles, conducting recruitment and selection, and developing training and development programs
• Valid Government of Canada security clearance at a level of enhanced reliability or higher
• Fluency in English and French is considered an asset
