System Analyst

Toppazzini and Lee Consulting (T&L) is a boutique consulting firm located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. We are looking for junior, intermediate, and senior level system analysts with 5 or more years of experience working with Canadian Government departments. The resource should have a valid Government of Canada security clearance at a level of enhanced reliability or higher.

Requirements

• Develop requirements, feasibility, cost, design, and specification documents for systems.
• Implement systems to support projects, departments, organizations or businesses.
• Translate business requirements into systems design and specifications.
• Analyze and recommend alternatives and options for solutions.
• Develop technical specifications for systems development, design and implementation.
