Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven FX Retention Agent to promote our company's products and services to clients in the Australian/Canadian market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and persuade others.
Requirements
- Native/fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Previous phone-based sales experience from the FX industry is a MUST!
- Computer savviness
- Ability to work with deadlines & targets
- Management and mathematics skills
- Great objection-handling skills
- Availability to start/join with the short notice
