We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team in Switzerland. The job involves conducting quality assurance work, managing tools, and supporting production. Relevant experience in the watch industry or high precision manufacturing is required, along with a technical foundation and knowledge of quality management methods and standards. Requirements

• Conducting work in the framework of quality assurance: tool management, production support, acceptance sampling
• Relevant experience in the watch industry or high precision with technical affinity to manufacturing processes
• Technical foundation
• Continuing education and at least 5-10 years of experience in the field of quality assurance
• Knowledge of quality management methods and approaches
• Knowledge of standards, standards, and certification processes (at least ISO 9001)
• Ideally experience in the watch industry / manufacturing technologies of the watch industry
• Experience with ERP, PDM, CAQ, MS products
• At least fluent in German and English, French and Italian are a plus
