Engineering & Maintenance Manager

Toray seeks a hardworking and passionate Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance of the facility and all equipment within it. The role involves strategic and tactical leadership for maintenance, facilities, and engineering functions, focusing on safety, key maintenance and engineering metrics, and managing department and project costs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production or maintenance experience in a leadership role
• At least 5 years of experience in extrusion or foam production
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong project management and tracking skills
• Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation)
