At Torc, we’re a leader in autonomous driving since 2007, and we're now a part of the Daimler family, developing software for autonomous trucks. We're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer II to develop and deploy behavior models that support decision-making for autonomous trucks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Machine Learning, or another relevant technical field
- At least 4 years of experience in the field or a Master’s degree with at least 2 years of experience
- Experience applying machine learning techniques, such as imitation learning, reinforcement learning, or sequence modeling, to robotics, autonomous systems, or complex control environments
- Strong programming skills in Python and PyTorch
- Experience training and evaluating machine learning models using large datasets and adaptive computing environments
- Understanding of AA architectures used in autonomous driving systems, such as transformers, graph neural networks, or sequence models
