We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team at Torc. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for helping to scale our growing organization by sourcing, screening and serving as recruiting partner to various hiring teams. You will also be responsible for supporting networking and outreach of online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire, and build a strong talent pipeline.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing full life cycle recruiting with a minimum 6+ years’ experience gained within the engineering industry
- AV industry experience strongly preferred
- Experience hiring software engineers is required
- Solid background using direct sourcing strategies to identify and hire top technical talent
- Global recruiting experience in Canada (preferred)
- Experience with applicant tracking system (ATS) software, Greenhouse ATS preferred
