Job Description
The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor will lead the team to ensure the Daily/Weekly Maintenance Program Plan is fulfilled safely, within planned costs and deadlines.
Requirements
- TSU, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance of mobile fleet and auxiliary equipment in mining.
- Experience in managing technical personnel and leading maintenance crew leadership (desirable minimum 3 years)
- Certification or training in Microsoft Office.
- Certification or training in maintenance ERP systems (preferably SAP/S4HANA).
- Certification or training in maintenance planning and control processes based on KPIs.
