Job Description
The Toronto Blue Jays are looking for a Manager, Promotions & Experience to support the premium experience and ensure promotional programs are seamlessly integrated throughout the ballpark. This role is responsible for booking and managing talent in event spaces across the ballpark and supporting the planning, development, and execution of Jays Care Foundationâs fundraising events portfolio.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years event planning, fundraising, or partnership experience from public and/or not-for-profit sector
- Completed University or College education in related field
- Leadership abilities to manage and mentor team members
- Polished written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills with keen eye for attention to details
- Creativity and willingness to share ideas
- Strong problem-solving skills and confidence to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction
