Job Description
The Project Specialist, Project Management provides dedicated administrative, financial, and analytical support for capital expenditure (CAPEX) construction and facilities projects for the Toronto Blue Jays. This role supports the end-to-end capital project lifecycleâfrom budgeting and procurement through execution and closeâoutâensuring accurate cost control, strong documentation management, and wellâsupported capital planning and decisionâmaking.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in project administration or project coordination, preferably supporting CAPEX, construction, facilities, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong financial aptitude, including experience with invoice processing, budget tracking, cost reporting, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency with project or work management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, ClickUp); experience with similar tools considered an asset.
