Job Description
Torrid is looking for a Keyholder to support the store management team and provide an amazing shopping experience for customers. As a Keyholder, you'll be responsible for performing daily store opening and closing operations, setting an example for customer service, and ensuring the store is achieving company objectives.
Requirements
- Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to creating an amazing customer experience
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift packages up to 50 pounds
