Job Description
The Toronto Star is looking for an emerging photojournalist to join their one-year contract internship program. The successful candidate will work alongside full-time staff, earn photo and video credits, and produce high-impact work from the start.
Requirements
- Less than five years of professional experience in photojournalism
- Some journalism experience, including previous internships or roles in a range of organizations
- Ability to cover a wide variety of assignments, including news, sports, and feature portraits
- Strong news judgment and enthusiasm for emerging photojournalism
