Negotiator - Consumer Debt Defense

Elite Legal Practice PC is a national consumer protection firm specializing in creditor violation and summons defense. The Negotiator - Consumer Debt Defense is responsible for securing favorable settlements on unsecured debt accounts prior to litigation.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
• At least two (2) years of experience in debt settlement negotiations or collections.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated with a “go-getter” attitude and a client-first mindset.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred.
• Experience working in a legal or financial services environment, preferred.
