Join our client, a dynamic and technician-led MRO and charter operator, as an Aircraft Maintenance Manager. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the maintenance operations in a growing company specializing in turboprop and light jet aircraft.
Requirements
- Experience managing aircraft maintenance operations in an MRO or similar environment.
- Proficiency with EBIS 3 and/or Veryon maintenance tracking systems.
- Strong knowledge of FAA maintenance documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Strong organizational and operational management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians, vendors, and partner organizations.
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate (preferred).
- 7–10+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, including leadership roles.
- Familiarity with turboprop aircraft such as King Air, Cessna Citation, and PT6-powered aircraft.
