Collection Officer

The Collections Officer will provide collections and administrative support to the management team, assisting with the earliest stages of the arrears process to maximize the recovery of arrears. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, receiving inbound calls, responding to customer and third party emails, and setting arrangements based on offers relating to borrowers' financial difficulties.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a customer service environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Punctual and flexible to adapt to changing environments based on role requirements
• Confident using Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Excel and Word
