Job Description
This is an outbound retention/sales program in a call center environment. You will be calling current Verizon Wireless customers and up-selling additional products and service.
Requirements
- Bilingual a plus
- Must apply with Resume and provide references
- Pass a typing test (35wpm or more) and written test
- Must pass a 7 year background check (included driving on a suspended license tickets!)
- Must pass a drug test
- Sales skills preferred
- Call Center/Sales experience required
