Commercial Project Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Project Manager to support our commercial clients' property needs. The role includes generating customer interest, negotiating and closing deals, building relationships with suppliers and customers, and maintaining professionalism.

Requirements

• Generate customer's interest and strategically handle the negotiation and closing phases to ensure all parties involved are happy with the deal
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers
• Ability to do quantity take-offs, pricing, purchase orders, and submittals
• Actively communicate with the production department in pre and during phases of our clients projects
• Maintain a level of professionalism and strive to be the best version of you at your role
