HR Adviseur (28 - 40 uur p/w)

As an HR Advisor, you will provide proactive contribution and support management by offering advice and solutions for the implementation of HR policy. You will be responsible for process and project management, improving and guiding policy, processes, and projects, including learning and development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an HR-related role
• Reliable, enterprising, and forward-thinking
• Great problem-solving ability, communicatively skilled, and can look beyond the boundaries of your own function
• Experience in a data-driven environment, also within HR
• Experience in coaching managers on HR-related topics
• Good knowledge of social and labor laws and regulations
