Job Description
Join Total Tool, a NEFCO company, as a Customer Service Representative in St. Paul, MN. Develop strong relationships with customers, support Sales Representatives, and focus on invoicing, receiving payments, and ordering parts.
Requirements
- Highly motivated
- Detail-oriented
- Exceptional work ethic
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous experience with Accounts Receivables and/or Accounts Payables preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner
