Job Description
Perform periodic maintenance, repair, replacement, and limited troubleshooting on forklifts and competitive material handling equipment. Interface with customers daily and establish lifetime relationships by satisfying their equipment service needs.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all makes of lift trucks and components
- Perform all assigned Planned Maintenance (PM) on customer lift trucks
- Assist with training/mentoring apprentice mechanics through on-the-job training
- Follow all safety procedures in performing work as well as company policies
- Always demonstrate exceptional customer service skills by interfacing with clients in a professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
