
Job description
Lead and continuously improve the company's enterprise-wide performance management processes across both the Store Support Center (SSC) and field organization. This role will be within the Learning & Development team and serve as the primary owner of the company's performance cycle.
Lead the end-to-end enterprise performance management cycle, build and execute strategic project plans, analyze performance data, and partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to align talent review outcomes with succession planning.
This role requires strong cross-functional partnership, project management, change management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to influence leaders at all levels of the organization.
