Performance Director

We are looking for a seasoned trading professional to oversee and optimize the company's trading activities, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and profitability. The Performance Director will play a pivotal role in driving process improvements and aligning trading strategies with broader business objectives.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Trading Operations, Trading Strategy, or a related commercial role
• Strong hands-on experience across major digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and leading programmatic DSPs
• Proven ability to optimize pricing and performance to ensure competitive media buying rates and maximize campaign efficiency
• Exceptional analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership (C-level or equivalent) in fast-paced or global environments
