IT Engineer

As an IT warehouse Engineer at Toters, you will support the company’s technology needs by maintaining hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Requirements

• Provide technical support to employees (hardware, software, network, and account access issues).
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, and company applications.
• Manage IT inventory including laptops, accessories, and software licenses.
• Maintain and troubleshoot office network connectivity.
• Support configuration and setup of devices and systems for new hires.
• Diagnose and resolve escalated technical issues in collaboration with the IT team.
• Ensure system security by following company IT and cybersecurity policies.
• Document IT procedures and maintain troubleshooting knowledge base.
• Support IT projects and office infrastructure upgrades when required.
