Job Description
TOTH is seeking a Civil Engineer - I to join their Civil Engineering Department in Portland, OR. The position involves project management and design responsibilities for various civil engineering projects, including site development, stormwater management, and transportation.
Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
- 2+ years of engineering experience
- EIT Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
