The role requires partnering with leaders, simplifying and optimizing HR processes, and using people data and insights to guide decisions.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in an HRBP role
- Post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong ability to influence, coach, and challenge leaders at all levels
- Able to adapt quickly and make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Strong judgment in navigating employee relations and complex people situations
- Confidence using data and metrics to tell a story and drive decisions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build trust quickly
- High emotional intelligence and a strong employee-first mindset
- Detail-oriented with solid project management skills
